Social networking for inline skaters

Cado Motus/MPC World Alliance jumped to the lead in the NROC men's open pro team standings with a strong showing in Sunday's Marathon Roller de Montreal.

The team placed three skaters in the top 10: William Bowen (2nd), James Springer (4th), and Chris Springer (7th), earning 130 points.

The team's now has 215 points, 70 more thanlast year's top men's team: Simmons Racing, which is in second place with 145 points, just ahead of Tru-Rev with 120.

Women's open pro team are in a tie: Asphalt Beach, Bont and Speed Skate World each have 60 points.

(Note: Points are not yet final. Unregistered skaters have until Friday to sign up with NROC to receive points for Montreal.)
