Very sorry to hear the bad news! I hope you recover quickly. It's amazing how depressing and frustrating it can be to be off skates for an extended period. I spent almost half of 2008 off skates due to a crash and some overuse injuries. If it weren'…

No, I wish I was. I haven't taken my XC skiing that direction yet. I have to pick my poisons, my three kids are at busy ages, lots going on. Many of my friends and my brother do Mora Vossa and the birkie, I'm hoping to sometime.
Do you Inline train with Terry Holm and Dino and Bob? I'm just guessing since you all live in the same area?

That's very cool you did that! Nice work. I am involved in downhill skiing, my daughter raced for six years, this is her first year off. I was a competitive Freestyle skier growing up, you know Bumps/Air.
Now I skate ski for training and just started some Skating on Ice, I love it! I usually XC ski at Lester near where the race you did is at.

Hey Rebecca, did you by chance run a Snowshoe race in the Duluth area this past weekend? If you did, I think you may have won.
