Skated 3 hours tonight plus some not so good excitment. A cyclist had a heart attack and it didn't look good at all. When they're down for an hour... and then with so much debirs on the road a skater went down chin first so my first aid kit got some use. I actually practiced starts too. I believe that is first time ever without a guy to my head.

Randy is missing the purple and I don't know if Caroline has the grey. So how's that gonna work for the 4 person relay? So far my best guess is I will have to change suits 4 times on Saturday. I just wanna race good, and keep the comp at bay...

Now I am finished and feeling better and starting to get back on my feet....I am hoping to be ready for 2010 race.
