I don't recall his name but I spoke with his Mother after the race. He is 10. He was racing in France a week or two ago. This is a picture of the lead pack of the Advanced Marathon about 5 miles into the first lap. He would eventually fall back but…

Hayward Race Camping

To those who planned to camp the night before the Hayward race this weekend - be advised:

The race website says the following:

LODGING
There are many hotels in the Hayward area however if you prefer to camp, rustic camping is available for no fee. If you are interested please contact Heather at haywardinlinemarathon@gmail.com.
