Results will be online hopefully before the end of the day ! We are working a few categories issues, wrong chips issues and passing that have not been counted properly. May be the frozen temperature froze some how the timing system!

- A strong Cado Motus team

And many more.

Dear Skaters,
Up to march 14th midnight, you will benefit of the lowest possible price to register for the Marathon Roller of Montreal. As a bonus this year, you can expect to skate with two 2010 Olympic gold medalist: Montrealer speed skater Olivier Jean (5000m team relais) and Mathieu Giroux (long track team pursuit).
Olivier and Mathieu did finished 1st and 2nd at our 2008 edition and skip 2009 edition because of Olympic preparation.

Hey, thanks for your comment. We always welcome any suggestion, and try to take them into account. As an example, 2010 will probably sees wave starts rather than a single start for all categories.
And we already order some warm and sunny temperature !

This event is serious fun. My favorite marathon in America after NSIM!
I like Montreal and love the course and the mood around this event. I am planning to be there.
One suggestion for another event? Perhaps, why not a Time Trial on a 1 lap? That way you would even be able to get skaters to start within 1 or 2 minutes from each other and no being concerned with someone reaching the previous athlete.
One thing I am not too fond of is having the half-marathon and the marathon on the same course... It is not an issue for the elite guys in the marathon, but for us more modest skaters it is a problem to keep track of who is in the half or in the full marathon? Maybe using different colors for numbers? Say white backgroun = full marathon, yellow background = half marathon?

Only thing I hope is that the weather would be a little warmer than last year. Not your fault I know, but gee it was cold and windy....
